METHOD AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENTS

The processing of personal data is necessary to manage relationships with users of the website, including the purchase of products and/or services. The data collected is processed electronically, electronically and on paper and is protected by suitable security measures aimed at guaranteeing its confidentiality, integrity and restoration. In particular, organizational and procedural measures are adopted (e.g. distribution of roles among staff, both internal and external data processors) as well as technical measures (e.g. backup, antivirus, firewall).

Costs and procedures relating to order cancellation for neutral goods (without customisation)

If you are a consumer customer, before the goods are shipped, you can cancel the order placed without incurring any costs. The request to cancel the order must be made via email, cancellation requests made by telephone will not be accepted. If, however, the goods have already been shipped you will no longer be able to cancel the order placed but you will be able to exercise the right of withdrawal ( download the withdrawal form ) by bearing only the shipping costs for returning the goods. If you are a professional customer you will not be able to cancel the order placed, however we advise you to promptly contact our sales office, as it is often possible to find an alternative and satisfactory solution for the customer. It may be necessary to apply a supplement, quantifiable on a case-by-case basis, which will be communicated to the customer by e-mail and accepted by the latter again by e-mail. Requests received solely by telephone will not be taken into consideration.

Costs and procedures relating to order cancellation for personalized goods
Since these are personalized goods (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter “C”, Legislative Decree 206/05 as amended), both the consumer and anyone who does not have this qualification are not allowed to cancel an order after the confirmation of graphic drafts. If this circumstance occurs, the full amount of the order will still be charged. For the consumer customer, only if the customization of the goods has not yet begun will it be possible to cancel the order while still bearing the cost of returning the goods, graphic processing and printing systems. Before proceeding with the definitive cancellation of the order, the consumer Customer will be notified of the total amount that will be charged for returned goods, graphic processing and installation costs; the Customer must therefore opt to cancel the order with the relative charging of the above costs. described or can confirm the order. Low cost prices on cumulative orders

Our platform has been designed to give you the cost of individual items in real time during all steps of the order. You will be able to control how the price of your item varies by choosing from the various customization options and therefore check whether the total cost is within your budget.

In the clothing categories, the system is able to calculate the price based on the total quantity obtained by accumulating different items with the same graphics, thus creating printing groups with the same subject.
This guarantees you the most convenient price range and will always allow you to benefit from a low cost price on cumulative orders.

Useful information for lowering the purchase price To take advantage of the lowest price, associate all the items with the same graphics (e.g. 100 T-shirts + 20 short sleeve polo shirts + 80 hooded sweatshirts) with the same PRINTING GROUP .
With this function you will realize how the unit price of each item (e.g. the 20 polo shirts) will not be that relating to the quantity of that specific model (in our example 20 pieces), but will be that associated with the price range relating to the quantity total (in our example 200 pieces).
Therefore: the higher the total quantity of goods with the same graphic design, the lower the price of the individual item will be.
Thanks to this possibility you will be able to try multiple items using the same printing system, always obtaining a price proportionate to the total quantity.
Our site was created to generate the cost in real time for orders of up to 100,000 pieces, however in the event that the size of the order is greater than even just 1,000 pieces we still advise you to contact our sales department to verify the possibility of taking advantage of even more advantageous discounts and commercial conditions.

If the goods we sent you are found to be defective (for example, a printing or positioning error has been made or the item you have chosen is different from the one ordered) we will take care of the return and will refund you the corresponding amount or, if you wish, we will replace or reprint ( Legal Guarantee of Conformity ). “Professional” purchases do not fall under the regulations for consumer goods, even if the products are the same. In fact, the law is designed to protect end consumers; as regards professional users, the rules dictated by the Civil Code apply, which provide for a warranty right of only one year and mandatory reporting of the defect found within 8 days of receipt of the goods ( Commercial Warranty ). Furthermore, we guarantee that if no error has been made, within 14 days of receiving the goods, you will be able to: – change the product if you do not like it – receive in exchange a voucher to use for your next order – receive a refund equal to the amount spent The above options are applicable for non-personalized merchandise and consumers only. In this we differ from any other e-commerce site as personalized goods cannot be returned to our supplier or intended for a new sale. For this reason, it is not possible to return personalized goods, in accordance with art . 5 paragraph 3 legislative decree 185/99. Some useful tips that can increase your satisfaction. 1. Do not place large orders without first testing individual pieces or a few pieces. If you are not entirely sure of the size, color, model of the t-shirt, polo, sweatshirt, etc. or personalization technique, place a test order or alternatively order one or more samples. With a small investment you will be sure of having the desired product or you can adjust your final order. 2. Immediately check the order confirmation which will automatically arrive via email when you place your order. If you realize you entered the wrong quantity, selected a different color or simply want to make changes, contact our customer service immediately. Order the goods as far in advance as possible, especially if you need the supply for a particular date (e.g. event, fair, etc.). Unforeseen events may occur such as unavailability of one or more items, unsuitable files which could delay the shipment and therefore cause you to fail to deliver on time. If you have to respect strict dates, we recommend that you opt for express services , which can be selected in the cart when ordering. These services require additional costs based on quantity and urgency. In the event that the goods do not arrive on time it will not be possible to withdraw or contest the goods; while in express services we guarantee 99% mandatory delivery throughout Europe. The details of each product indicate the days available for express delivery based on the item chosen. 4. Check the availability of the goods before placing the order. Our site updates item availability every day at midnight. Since this is an online sale, it is possible that availability may run out even shortly before your order and/or payment. In the event that after placing the order the goods are not available, or one or more sizes or items are missing, you will be contacted by our purchasing department to modify the order according to your needs. To be able to calculate the price of neutral goods, you must select the “check box” in STEP 2 after entering the quantity and colours/sizes.
By selecting Neutral Goods, all the customization techniques present in the STEP 3 printing options will automatically be disabled.
Even for the purchase of neutral goods it is possible to create PRINTING GROUPS to optimize the purchase price.

We remind you that the price varies based on the quantity and type of customization. The greater the quantity, the lower the cost. All prices indicated on our website are exclusive of VAT.
Shipping for personalized goods is always FREE and the printing systems are FREE.
After confirming the order you will be assigned a graphic designer who will follow your order and make a graphic draft to better understand (positioning, print format, print colors, etc). Only after your confirmation will the goods be sent into production.
GRAPHIC DRAFT The proof is generally sent within 48 hours of paying for your order.

Consumer : the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out.

Thick printing is an ideal personalization technique for enhancing details.

It is made by screen printing using particular frames which serve to deposit a quantity of ink such as to make the print with a thickness that varies from 0.1 to 3 mm. The print appears to be slightly raised to the touch compared to the fabric. Attention: it is not possible to create thick printing for the reproduction of images or graphics with shades.
