Can I buy different sizes and colors?
Yes.
Our company does not impose minimum quantities by size and color for most products, so you can divide the items as you prefer without any supplement.
For example, if you ordered 20 t-shirts you could divide them like this:
3 S BLACK – 5 L WHITE – 8 XL BLUE – 1 S RED – 3 M YELLOW.
We remind you that the choice of size does not affect the price calculation.
If you only need to make a quick quote, you can therefore enter indicative sizes in order to quickly proceed with the price calculation.
In the cart, there is a link to change or choose sizes and colors.
When you confirm an order, you instantly receive a confirmation email with a summary of the sizes and colors chosen, you can then check your order and make any changes.
Can I print photographs?
Yes.
Photographs or images in general can be printed without any kind of problem but the feasibility is mainly dictated by the product chosen and the quantity to be printed.
Not all products are compatible for printing four-color images and our order platform will make this printing option available or not based on the item selected.
To be able to print a photographic image you will have to select in the “printing options” step Four-colour or digital printing based on the quantity and the final result you want to obtain.
If these customization options are not displayed in the product you have chosen, the probable causes are:
– product not suitable for the type of customization
– quantity lower than the minimum order quantity necessary to enable the “Full color” or
“Digital printing” option.
Do you have a price list?

We don’t have a paper price list because the customization variables are almost infinite. For this reason on our site we have created a simple and intuitive tool to calculate the price of each individual product in just a few clicks.
In the various categories there is a CALCULATE QUOTE button next to each product.
By clicking on this button you will be started to the estimate calculation procedure which in just a few steps will allow you to determine and evaluate the cost of the supply.
To make your quote you do not need to register or provide your details. You can easily browse the categories by making any type of quote without obligation.
At any time you can transform the quote into an order by entering your details and proceeding with payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
We have general catalogs of clothing and gadgets, where there are no prices.
If you are interested in receiving a specific catalogue, send us your request, our sales department will be happy to send it directly to your home.
How much is the transport?

Transport for personalized goods is free throughout Italy, Germany, France and Spain.
Outside these countries the system will calculate a surcharge to the cart based on the item, quantity and type of customization selected.
For neutral goods (i.e. without printing) transport costs are calculated based on the quantity and type of product purchased.
Can I pay in 30 days?

No.
We are a low cost company that works exclusively with liquidity to keep prices low, which is why we do not allow deferred payments.
In some cases and based on the size of the order we can still evaluate an alternative solution.
Contact our sales office or send an email with your request before placing your order.
Can I pay by cash on delivery?

No.
It is not possible to pay for the entire supply by cash on delivery.
The only payment solutions are:
OPTION 1
30% advance by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal
70% cash on delivery with cash payment up to 999.00 euros or by bank check upon receipt of the goods.
OPTION 2
100% advance by credit card, paypal or bank transfer.
Depending on the payment methods selected, there may be supplements which will still be highlighted in the cart such as:
– Credit card fees
– Pay Pal commissions
– Cash on delivery fees
With which couriers do you ship the goods?

All our company’s products are shipped exclusively by express courier.
To ship the goods we use the following express couriers: BRT, UPS, TNT or GLS.
The choice is made based on the shipping location and the size of your order.
Automatically, when the goods are shipped, our system will send you an e-mail containing the name of the courier used.
Our “FOLLOW YOUR ORDER” system which allows you to follow all the various progress steps of the production and your order is also 90% integrated with the express courier systems and you can therefore follow your shipment at any time up to the deliver directly from the link you received by email.
If you are not able to access “FOLLOW YOUR ORDER” on our website or the courier we used to ship your goods is not synchronized with our system, you can always contact our sales office who will be happy to inform you track your shipment or give you delivery information.
What is the minimum purchase quantity?

We do not have a minimum purchase quantity for most of our products.
Some items, however, you can order exclusively with minimums and multiples.
Example: minimum 10 pieces and multiples of 5 and so on.
In this case the item you have chosen can only be purchased with a minimum of 10 pieces.
In the detail sheet of each product or in the Quantity Step you will be informed if the product has minimums or multiples to be respected.
However, we remind you that the price varies mainly based on the quantity ordered and the type of customization chosen.We recommend that you view the product detail page of the item you are interested in to quickly view the various prices for the different quantity ranges and choose the one most convenient for your budget.
Alternatively, the system offers real-time price calculation so that you can satisfy all your requests from 1 to 10,000 pieces.
What is the placement of my graphics?

You decide, during the purchase procedure, where to place your graphics based on the size and feasibility limits that you will find in the “printing options” step.
The diagram displayed in the PRINT OPTIONS Step (FRONT – BACK – LEFT – RIGHT) is purely indicative and serves exclusively to identify the side to be printed.
You can write the indications on the positioning and size of your graphics later in the “notes” field in the UPLOAD FILE Step.
These indications will be useful to the graphic designer who will be assigned to you to create the graphic draft respecting the indications you entered.
The indicated print format (e.g. A4, does not indicate the size in which your graphics will be printed, but only indicates the maximum printing area) you will therefore also be able to print your logo/design in a smaller format and in the most suited to your needs (e.g. side of the heart, center of the chest, etc.)
We remind you that the files can be uploaded after the order via the UPLOAD link that you will find at the bottom of each page of our site or they can always be sent via e-mail directly to the graphic designer who will follow your order.
The graphic designer’s email that will follow your order can be viewed under “FOLLOW YOUR ORDER” after placing the order and payment.
The site does not allow real-time positioning of your graphics on the selected product, but we offer a free personalized service for the creation of the graphic draft.
This choice gives you the possibility of having a customized product even if you don’t have entirely suitable files or if you don’t have the knowledge to create it professionally.
For technical reasons, the files must always be processed and optimized for printing; one of our professional graphic designers will take care of this for free.
The graphic proof will be provided to you in PDF via email and will clearly indicate positioning, colours, printing technique and actual print format.
Pages with actual size print files will also be included, in case you have the possibility to print it on paper and therefore also verify the adequacy of the dimensions themselves.
As soon as you receive the draft and after having evaluated it, you can confirm it via e-mail or you can notify us of the changes to be made.
Changes do not involve additional charges and you can request all the necessary variations until the result satisfies you.
The print format varies depending on the item selected.
